Network Servicing and Support

If you are running a small business and need an IT partner to keep things running smoothly on your network then you've come to the right place. We have been looking after the IT needs of a large number of small and medium business customers since 2001.

One of our key strengths is that we have a very flexible approach. If you wish to engage our services we will start by visiting your premises and inspecting your current IT infrastructure. We can then suggest any improvements or adjustments you should make to improve your system. We will also provide details on the service delivery models that you can choose from. Normally these will be as follows:

  • Ad Hoc Service Arrangement (Break/Fix model): You call us when you have a problem and we will respond and fix the issue. Charges are on an hourly rate.
  • Monthly Service Model including Remote Monitoring: We install our special monitoring software on your servers and PCs. This software will keep us informed of any issues as they arise so we can be proactive about fixing issues before they cause downtime. We can also schedule and perform maintenance tasks on an automated / remote basis saving you time and money and keeping your network running as fast as possible. Usually we include some service time each month at a discounted rate which you can use for any problems which might arise.
  • Monthly Service Model with Rollover: This allows you to roll over any unused time for use in busier months or when you have a specific project to carry out. It is great if you want to maximise the time you're buying from us as part of your service arrangement.

We are also vendor independent and have experience with a wide variety of setups meaning we can recommend the best fit for your requirements and budget rather than being confined to only one or a few brands of equipment.
